Exhibitions are held each year, usually two major exhibitions either David as solo or David & Margaret together. Also, work is displayed in several group exhibitions during the year. In 1997 David had a major retrospective exhibition at Rufford Craft Centre.

The Denbigh Library & Museum exhibition has now become a bi-annual event with David & Margaret sharing the exhibition with Denbigh crafts people Kathleen & Norman Makinson. Norman was David's first art teacher who is greatly interested in the natural world and makes superb porcelain birds. Kathleen is an accomplished silver and goldsmith with an international reputation.
Several exhibitions have been taken abroad particularly in New Zealand, Germany, Holland and America.

Particularly during the 1980's several exhibitions were held in Germany, in galleries such as Bowig Galerie in Hanover, Krempl Galerie in Baldham, Munich and Marianne Heller Galerie in Sandhausen.


A major exhibition allows the potter to extend his horizons to produce individual and substantial pieces which would not otherwise be shown. It is hoped that each exhibition shows current innovation and emphasis of the potters attitude and motivation.
